Undertaken by the Sports Center are Improve Significantly

       2015 is a harvest year for the Sports Center, Stadium, Zhongsheng Cultural Center (Gymnasium), Swimming Pool, Tebon Securities Dalian Tennis Center (Tennis Center), Baseball Stadium and Comprehensive Training Stadium have undertaken 26 events including 1050 matches, which increases to 180% compared with the same period last year, the number of audience reaches 250,000.

       High standard international competitions begin to establish the brand of Sports Center. In September this year, Dalian International Women's Open Tennis Championship (WTA125K) comes to a perfect ending. The series of matches of WTA125K have only six stops worldwide, Dalian hosts the tennis tournament as one of the six stops, which is the largest in scale in the northeast area with the most professional level. This event attracts a total of 50 players from 15 countries to participate in. In the competition, they give high marks on the Sports Center facilities, event organization, and logistics services. Through the successful completion of this event, the operation team of Dalian Sports Center has laid a solid foundation for the future to host the international competition.

       The contents of the domestic events are on the increase, this year, the Sports Center undertakes a series of professional matches including the National Rope Skipping League Matches, Chinese Three to Three Basketball League Matches, Chinese Female Football Championships, National Fencing Club League Matches, National Indoor Five-a-side Football League One, National Youth Softball Championship and National City Football Champions League, which enrich the sporting events categories hosted by Sports Center, among them, the China League One, National Youth Softball Championship and Bicycle League Matches of the Three Northeast Provinces of China will settle down at the Sport Center.

       Dalian Sports Center is the first choice for holding the city level events, and has become gradually the first choice for city professional competition and amateur league matches because of its international top-ranking venues. A series of matches including the Twelfth Juvenile Sports Meeting in Dalian, City FA Cup Football Match,“Welcome Spring Cup”Tennis Match, “Peninsula Morning News Cup”Tennis Match, “Ao’nan·Mingxiu Mountain Villa Cup” Tennis Match, “Dalian Sports Center Cup”Sino-Japanese Friendship Tennis Match, Sino-US Youth Football Invitational Tournament, “Social Security Cup”Men's Football League Match,“High Ocean Estate Cup” Five-a-side Football League Match, “Sunasia Ocean World Cup” Football League Match and Dalian Major League Baseball are hosted in Dalian Sports Center though this year, making the Sports Center worthy of the name a events base.
